From Learning to Doing
This is where everything you have built across the previous five modules becomes a real, actionable document. Your AI Integration Plan is not a theoretical exercise -- it is a practical roadmap you will use starting tomorrow.
Through this course, you have:
- Audited your tasks for AI opportunities (Module 1)
- Assessed the risks and built verification protocols (Module 2)
- Mapped the tool landscape to your needs (Module 3)
- Built a prompt portfolio with production-ready prompts (Module 4)
- Designed and tested a working AI workflow (Module 5)
Now you assemble all of it into a plan you can present to your boss, implement in your business, or use to transform your own productivity.
Your Integration Plan Structure
Section 1: Executive Summary
One paragraph. Who you are, what you do, and what AI will change about how you do it. This needs to be clear enough that someone with zero context can understand your plan in 30 seconds.
Section 2: Current State Assessment
Pull from your Module 1 audit. Document:
- Your 5 highest-impact AI opportunity tasks
- Estimated time currently spent on each per week
- The pain points and inefficiencies in each
- What "good output" looks like for each task
Section 3: Risk Assessment & Mitigation
Pull from your Module 2 work. For each opportunity:
- What are the hallucination risks?
- What data sensitivity issues exist?
- What bias could affect the output?
- What is your verification protocol?
- What is the human review checkpoint?
Section 4: Tool Selection
Pull from your Module 3 research. For each task:
- Recommended tool and tier (free/paid)
- Monthly cost
- Why this tool over alternatives
- Data handling policy summary
Section 5: Prompt Library
Your Module 4 work. Include:
- Your refined CRAFT prompts for each task
- Notes on what works and common adjustments needed
- Template versions that team members could use
Section 6: Workflow Design
Your Module 5 work. Document:
- The workflow you built and tested
- Step-by-step process with trigger, AI steps, review points, and outputs
- Results from your test runs
- Planned improvements
Section 7: Implementation Timeline
- Week 1-2: Set up tools, implement the first (easiest) AI task
- Week 3-4: Add the second task, refine prompts based on real use
- Month 2: Implement the workflow, begin training team members if applicable
- Month 3: Evaluate results, measure time saved, adjust the plan
Section 8: Success Metrics
How will you know this is working? Define measurable outcomes:
- Hours saved per week on specific tasks
- Output quality improvement (measured how?)
- Response time improvements
- Cost savings (tool cost vs. time saved at your rate)
- Team adoption rate (if applicable)
Using the Sandbox for Your Capstone
This is where your Prompt Sandbox becomes a real tool. Use it to:
- Draft each section of your plan with AI assistance
- Ask the AI to critique your plan and suggest gaps
- Generate a presentation version if you need to pitch this to leadership
- Create an email version to share with your team
The AI is your co-author here, but you are the expert on your situation. Use it for structure and polish, but the substance -- the tasks, the risks, the decisions -- comes from your experience.
What Comes Next
This is the end of Track 1, but it is the beginning of your AI journey. With your Integration Plan complete, you are better prepared than the vast majority of professionals to use AI effectively and responsibly.
Your next steps might include:
- Track 2 -- AI for Business: Role-specific deep dives for management, HR, operations, accounting, IT, and more
- Track 3 -- AI Builder: Learn to build AI-powered tools and prototypes (including vibe coding)
- Track 4 -- AI Explorers: Get your kids started with age-appropriate, fun AI projects
You built something real in this course. Not just knowledge -- a plan, a prompt library, a tested workflow, and the critical thinking skills to use AI without being misled by it. That puts you ahead of most people in any industry.
Your Final Deliverable
- Complete all 8 sections of your Integration Plan. Use the Sandbox to draft, refine, and polish each one.
- Review the complete plan as a single document. Does it flow? Does it make a clear case?
- Identify your Day 1 action. What is the very first thing you will do tomorrow to begin implementing this plan?
- Save everything in your Sandbox. This is your reference document going forward.
